These terms govern your use of socivo.co.uk, including our free tools, skills and templates (“Free Resources”). By using the site you accept them. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement which takes precedence.

Free Resources

Free Resources are provided “as is”, for your own business use. They are strategy and productivity aids, not professional advice; outcomes depend on your business and how you apply them. You may not resell or redistribute them as your own product. Some tools rely on third-party services (e.g. your own AI or scraping API keys) which are governed by those providers' terms and costs.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempting to break, overload or scrape it, and no using our tools to violate any platform's terms or anyone's privacy rights.

Intellectual property

The site, our brand, tools and content are owned by Socivo or our licensors. Downloading a Free Resource gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it in your business.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or Free Resources. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Results described on this site reflect specific client engagements and are not a guarantee of your results.

General
