Cookie Policy
Last updated: 17 July 2026
This policy explains how Socivo uses cookies and similar technologies on socivo.co.uk, the purposes they serve, and the controls available to you. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to recognise your device, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is being used. We use them to keep our free tools working, to measure which of our resources are genuinely useful, and to understand the performance of our marketing — insight that directly shapes what we build next.
In line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR, no analytics or advertising cookies are placed on your device until you provide consent. Strictly necessary storage is exempt from this requirement and is described below.
Your current choice: Not set yet
Change it any time — takes effect immediately.
Analytics and measurement cookies
Set only where you have given consent. These help us measure performance, diagnose problems, and improve the free tools and resources we publish.
| Service | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Understand which pages people visit and how they found us. |
| Microsoft Clarity | Anonymous session replays and heatmaps to improve the site. |
| Meta Pixel | Measure the performance of our Facebook/Instagram ads. |
| LinkedIn Insight Tag | Measure the performance of our LinkedIn ads. |
| HubSpot | Connect site activity to our CRM when you submit a form. |
Strictly necessary storage
The following is essential to deliver the service you have requested and is therefore exempt from the consent requirement under PECR: your recorded cookie preference; the details you have already provided to access a free resource (so you are not asked repeatedly); and aggregated, cookieless performance measurement provided by our hosting platform. None of this is used to build an advertising profile or to track you across other websites.
Managing your preferences
You may change or withdraw your consent at any time using the controls at the top of this page. Withdrawal is as straightforward as giving consent and takes effect immediately. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect the functionality of certain tools.
International visitors
Our providers may process data outside the UK and EEA under appropriate safeguards. If you are located in California, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information; selecting “Essential only” also serves as an opt-out of sharing for advertising purposes.
