Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 July 2026

Socivo (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a B2B marketing agency working with clients across the United Kingdom, the United States and internationally. We are the data controller for personal data collected through socivo.co.uk.

This notice sets out what personal data we collect, the purposes and lawful bases for processing it, how long we retain it, and the rights available to you. We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. Where visitors are resident in applicable US states, we also honour rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA).

What we collect

Purposes and lawful bases

Services we use

Form submissions are processed by Formspree and stored in our CRM (HubSpot). With your cookie consent, we use Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity (session analytics), Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and similar measurement services. Our site is hosted on Vercel, which provides cookieless, anonymised performance analytics. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and may transfer data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Enquiry and contact records are retained for as long as we have an active relationship with you or a continuing legitimate reason to remain in contact, and are reviewed periodically. Where you ask us to erase your data, we do so promptly unless we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention configuration.

International transfers

Some of our processors are located outside the UK and EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures where required.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; to have inaccurate data corrected; to request erasure; to restrict or object to processing (including direct marketing and profiling); to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Cookie consent can be changed on our Cookies page.

If you are in the UK and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information, and we treat an “Essential only” cookie selection as an opt-out of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Contact and requests

To exercise any of the rights above, or to ask a question about this notice, contact debs@socivo.co.uk. We acknowledge requests promptly and respond within one month, as required under the UK GDPR. We may ask for information to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We review this notice periodically and will post any updates on this page with a revised date.
